Day4-"What's Your Dream? Everybody Come To Hollywood, Gotta Have A Dream."

Brooke and Ryk in front of the Nickelodeon studios.
Okay, this is about to get tedious, cause I took a million pictures. Yes, I realize that these are not actually people, it's just their names but...I really love movies. It was fun walking, the walk of fame.
So what's gonna happen here is you are about to gain some serious knowledge about all my favorite shows, actor's and singers...
Surfin USA
Going on as Escapade.
Not really a fan, she was a little before my time, but took a picture cause we share the same sir name.

Ryk and The Crooner.
My Girl, I love her so much. My favorite thing she did; My Fair Lady.

Rick kept telling Jade, all vacation long that she was trying to be a John Lennon look alike, so when we saw his star, we had to get a picture by it, and then we figured, we better get a picture by the rest of the Beatles for grandma's sake.
One of Rick and I's favorites.
One of MY favorite's. Two of my favorite songs; You Needed Me and Could I Have This Dance.
What's Love Got To Do With It, well nothing, but I do LOVE Tina Turner.
Hungry Like The Wolf, Yes, I am, hungry for some, Duran Duran.
My favorite Marlon Brando movie, Don Juan.
One of my all time favorite movies growing up; The Wizard Of Oz. Thank you Judy Garland for that and also thank you (even though you had nothing to do with it), for spawning the love of my adulthood, WICKED!
Obviously, Marshall is not on the walk of fame but that didn't stop us from getting him there.
Who loves Lucy? I do. I also love Desi. One of my favorite shows growing up.
My favorite Jack Lemmon movie; Grumpy Old Men.
I'm So Excited to see the Pointer Sisters on the walk of fame, I could Jump for joy.
Okay, I so LOVE Rob Reiner. Some of my all time favorite movies are his; LOVE, LOVE, LOVE, Princess Bride (totally had the whole thing memorized, watched it a million times in my childhood), Sleepless In Seattle (Also seen this a million times), First Wives Club (own it, love it), Valentines Day (own it, love it), Stand By Me (a childhood favorite), A Few Good Men (Couldn't love this movie more, know it word for word), Bye, Bye Love (One of the first movies Rick and I went to when we were dating. I bawled my eyes out the entire movie and the entire ride home) and one of my ALL time favorites, The Story Of Us (oh my gosh, one of my all time favorite lines in any movie ever, comes from this show; the part where he talks about where there is no butt, just the fatty tissue at the top of the legs). Also it is just so REAL and true to marriage, awesome, awesome movie. Thank you Rob Reiner for bringing joy to my life. Yes, I said, joy, movies DO bring me joy.
Thank you Carol Burnette for giving me Annie. I was Molly in the road show as a kid and it is a fond memory of mine.
For my mom and grandmas, one of there favorites.
Another favorite from when I was a kid. I thought Davy Jones was so cute.

Oh my gosh, I cannot even stress how much I love Calamity Jane and I absolutely ADORE, Doris Day in it. Own it, love it, watch it regularly.
Animation innovator and creator of some of my kids and mine most favorite fictional characters.
Not Ray Charles #1 fan, but I did LOVE Designing Women (saw every episode multiple times), and he did sing Georgia On My Mind, in the opening credits of that show.

Not a huge fan. One of the few song of his that I love is, I'm Coming Home, but more cause I love Skylar Grey who sings the hook on that song, but it was one of the few names my kids recognized on the walk.
The Girls love Miss Congeniality and Premonition. I have loved her in so many things; The Net, While You Were Sleeping, Two Weeks Notice, The Blindside, Crash (one of my all time favorite movies, so poingiant), Extremely Loud and Incredibly Close, Practical Magic, A Time To Kill, Murder By Numbers, Hope Floats, Forces Of Nature and Divine Secrets Of The YaYa Sisterhood.
Bill and Ted's Excellent Adventure...nuff said.
These girls have longevity, my kids are growing up on Full House just like I did. :)
None of us are huge fans, just another name my kids recognized. :)
Thank you for Spy Kids, Puss and Boots and Zorro but mostly for being my male Hollywood Lookalike.
For one of the best shows ever, Election, I salute you. Ferris Buhler, much fonder in memories (tried watching it recently and I was quite bored).
Oceans and Good Will Hunting, good stuff.
Crazy awesome in Bandits and Sling Blade.
Too many favorites; Message In A bottle, Dragonfly, Field Of Dreams, Dances With Wolves, Robin Hood Prince Of Dreams, Swing Vote, 13 Days...The first two are definitely my fav's and I could watch them over and over.

This one's for Rick, She really moved him in Swordfish. :)
His name says it all.
"When you think Tim McGraw, I hope you think my favorite song"...No really, I am in love with his new song, The Highway Don't Care.
El Shaddai, one of my favorite songs.
Good Will Hunting, Mrs. Doubtfire, Jumani, The Birdcage, Hook and as the genie in Aladdin...love them all.
Where to start? Some of my fav's; Outsiders, Top Gun, Cocktail, Rain Man, A few Good Men, The Firm, Jerry Maguire, War Of The Worlds, Rock Of Ages and Jack Reacher.
Cuba, Cuba, Cuba, what a stud-Fav's; Jerry Maguire, Men Of Honor, Radio, American Gangster, Gifted Hands, Snow Dogs, Pearl Harbor, As Good As It Gets, A Few Good Men, Instinct and Outbreak.

A little enthusiasm...
A little more...
There we go, that's more like it, Richard. It is Arnold after all.
Well obviously; Don't Stop Believin', Faithfully, Any Way You Want It, Open Arms and Lights. Also, past member, Randy Jackson is one of the coolest dogg's out there and all the Journey covers that Glee did just gave me a chance to love the songs all over again.

This is for Jade's friend Ashley, who loves Marilyn.
Fav movie's-9-5 and Steel Magnolias. Fav songs- Jolene and Islands In The Stream and she plays the banjo so she automatically gets cool points.

Rick and I spent many a night listening to Kenny Rogers in his Blazer while we were dating.
My favorite Rascal Flatts song, I'm Moving On, and we ARE moving on, we are almost to the end of the walk.
And we're STILL go going down the walk. :)
Oh the stars you will see on the walks that you walk, You may see, Kevin Spacey, Dr. Seuss or Maybe even Spock.
I probably watched Pee Wee's Big Adventure a 100 times as a kid, we had so much fun finding all the flaws in the movie, Like when he pulls the chain out of his bike basket and it just keeps coming and coming and then in the corner of the screen you can see the hole in the bottom of the basket and the chain coming from somewhere else. I need to find this one and show it to my kids.
Classics-If She Would Have Been Faithful, If You Leave Me Now, Hard Habit To Break and You're The Inspiration.

For B.J.

Oh my gosh, getting tired of typing and then along comes the coolest cat in Hollywood...my fav's-Footloose, Flatliner's, A Few Good MenThe River Wild, Murder In The First, Apollo 13 and Stir of Echoes. And one of my favorite pastimes, playing 6 degrees to Kevin Bacon.
LOVE her, have seen every Seinfeld episode multiple time and Love, love, love, The New Adventures Of Old Christine.

Russell loves Adam Sandler. My favorite thing he's ever done, The Hanukah Songs.

The triple threat, wish I could be her. :)
Bloody love her, she's so cool. Love everything she does.
One of my favorite Friends.
Last but not least, the lovely Reese. My Fav's- Election, Legally Blonde, Walk The Line and This Means War.
After leaving the Walk Of Fame we went to Taco Bell for lunch and then headed to Beverly Hills. We did some window shopping on Rodeo Drive and drove around looking at all the mansions.
Bijan has a black and yellow Bugatti parked out front, so we saw a photo op and took it.

One of my all time favorite movies is Pretty Woman so I had to go in the Beverly Wilshire and see where it all went down. It was really pretty.
So I had to try on some of the most expensive shoes know to man. Truth be told there wasn't many shoes in the store that I even thought were cute, but I did try and put my foot in this $2,500 pair...it was a size 5...no fit for this Cinderella.

Rick was really drawn to this window for some reason.
It was a hot day so we stopped for a cool treat.
We met these nerds from??? I can't remember now, Amsterdam? Their shorts and suspenders were leather and the knee high socks were super sexy.
 The Beverly Gardens
Cemetery to the stars.

 I thought this was hilarious.

We made it back to the hotel just in time for managers hour. The kids had been trying to tie cherry stems in knots with their tongues. I was bragging about how good I use to be at it but was a little apprehensive about doing something I hadn't done in 25 years after bragging about it, but I decided to have a contest with Rick and true to form, I had it in there 2 1/2 -3 seconds max. I had it in and out like a burger. Rick was floored, he was like, "what the crap." I don't know why he was so surprised, he's the one that make's out with me. :)
