Day 5-Manhattan Beach

So we decided to try a new beach. We went to Manhattan Beach in the middle of the week and It was dead. It was so quiet and pretty, the only people there were the rich kids doing their volley ball camps, swimming camps and lifeguard camps. In fact it was funny on our walk to the beach we passed this park and I was like, "You know you have crossed into a rich part of town when you pass the park and all you see is brown ladies pushing white babies on the swings." The beach was so pretty and clean and the houses were insanely amazing.
The beach front houses.

Russell's strawberries and cream feet.

Rick and Brooke and I went on an insanely long walk down the beach, actually we ended up leaving Manhattan Beach and walking for quite a ways into Hermosa Beach.

T.K.'s collection.
The kids making a well.
T.K. had so much for playing in the sand. He kept patting the sand into circles. He would say, "I'm making an O mom."
We had so much fun playing in the water and jumping the waves. We played in the water for hours.

Rick and I left the kids and he took me out for lobster. This beast was 2 1/2 lb.s of total deliciousness.

Poor Teek, it was so cool and over cast that we forgot to sunscreen.
