I put this little punk in the laundry room in time out, I was in my room next to the laundry room and I here, "Om, om, om." I go in there to see what he's doing and he's meditating. He's so flipping cute. Using his time-out time wisely. :) Wonder where he learned this....

I spent every morning this summer on the lawn, grounding, reading, mediating, doing yoga etc. I got in the habit of taking a picture every morning and sending it to Rick (who was gone so much) to say good morning. Teek got use to not finding me in the house and knowing to look in the back yard.
