I've been making my own keifer. It kinda looks crazy but you take the keifer grains (above) and put them in raw milk and leave it to ferment on the counter for 24 hours with cheese cloth over the top. you stir it or shake it around every few hours until 24 hours is up, then drain the grains out of the keifer and drink or add to smoothies. It's really yummy, none of the kids will drink it except Ryker and TK.
