"Calling" All Singers

I knew it was coming, I got released from being the Relief Society Activities Day Leader and got called to be the Primary Chorister. This is a new calling for me and kind of a scary one! So I put an insane amount of money and about 60 hours into my first few weeks, trying to get ready. I Googled  a lot of singing blogs and got fun ideas from them. So I am posting my stuff in hopes that I can return the favor to someone, somewhere.
This is Betty Bubble gum, she has an eyelet mouth that you can put a balloon through easily. I let a volunteer stand behind her and blow the bubble bigger as the kids sing better. The goal is to sing so good that her bubble gum pops.
This is my crying mother. She has a paper sack on her back that hides my squirt bottle and her left eye flips up. The goal is to sing so beautifully that you make your mother cry and when that happens I start squirting the kids from out of her eye. They love it.
This is Larry Lasso, I haven't used him yet and probably won't until July, (Pioneer Month). each horse has a magnet and a song on his belly. If you look closely you can see a magnet attached to a rope on top of the poster. The kids will use this magnet lasso to lasso a song, the song they stick to first is the song we will sing. They are all the pioneer songs.
This is for my reverence spy. I pick one of the first kids to come into primary, to stand at the front of the room with their arms folded and spy the most reverent child for me, the person they pick gets to be my first helper.
This is Eddie Spaghetti. He also has an eyelet mouth and a plate full of spaghetti. The spaghetti has 3 different colors and the meatball are velcroed on. You can use this one a few different ways. You can have someone pick a meatball and write the songs on the meatball and then have a child pull the string and only girls sing on the cream color, only boys on green, teachers on yellow etc. or you can put different types of singing on the meatballs; opera style, softly, humming, clap while you sing, snap while you sing etc. You get the picture, the meatballs and the string can be switched up to serve different functions. The meatballs are laminated so I can use dry erase marker on them.
This is my Angry Birds game. Each block tower has a wiggle song on one side and a reverent song on the other side. I pick a shooters at the beginning of primary and the tower they knock down by catapulting the Angry bird into it, is the first 2 songs we will sing.

This is my very hungry singing caterpillar. He has swallowed all of our songs. To get the songs out of his belly my most reverent children and the best singers get to come punch a hole in his belly. The paper sacks above show the back of the poster. The bag not only holds the song we will sing but a small trinket for the puncher. This WORKS! the kids love it! They sing so loud and so reverently, because they want to be the next one picked to punch the caterpillar. I also made another version for Junior primary it is a caterpillar with a red balloon head and a green balloon body, I put the prizes and the songs inside the balloon and they get to pop each section to get the prize and the song out. The balloon one is a lot easier to remake each week the sack one requires a loot of taping.
This one is nothing overly special, just an umbrella with raindrops. Each raindrop has a song on it, the child holding the umbrella gets to pick the next person to come choose a raindrop. This has all the spring song on it.
This is a bubble baton. I haven't used it yet cause I think it drips too much but I might try and find a different version. I thought it would be fun when teaching the kids to lead to have them make bubbles as they are conducting.
This is a little sandbox. It has all the, Earth, beauty, creation songs written on seashells. They get to come dig one out for us to sing.
This is my Spring Creek Sing Star competition game. It has the 3 Magna Doodles for my judges to hold up their scores, a microphone for each competing class to hold, and a poster with velcroed singing music related pics. On the back of the pics you can put different songs for them to sing. The first time I used it I was trying to get them to learn Nephi's Courage so I put verse 1, verse 2, verse 3, and chorus on the back of the pics so they could keep hearing the song over and over. If they picked verse 1  the 2 classes that are the same age would take turns singing it and the judges would judge who sang it best. I passed out one Starburst per class to each teacher, the teacher would need to decide who in their class was the "star" singer and give them the Starburst. The kids sang really well because they wanted to win the competition and they wanted to earn the Starburst. I also gave the winning class a trophy, (paper cut-out from $ store).

The above 2 posters are from the dollar store and just track the progress of learning a song. The 3 cones say, verse one, verse 2 and chorus on them. Once they learn verse one the cone gets removed, when they learn the chorus that cone gets removed until there are no road blocks in their way. The next one is a space poster with alien heads to track their progress.

This is similar to the ones above. I found these cute shield cut-outs at the dollar store and I tape 4 shields up the side of the poster. Jr. and Senior primary are competing to see who can learn 4 verses of Scripture Power first. I put a smiley face sticker, green for senior, purple for junior on the shield when they have perfected the verse.

This is the birthday bulletin. It has different birthday songs on each cupcake, so the birthday person can pick what is sung to them. I also attach a balloon to each cupcake for them.
