For Brooke's birthday breakfast I made her eggs in a basket. I used the middle hearts to add a little sweet to her savory breakfast.
Brooke is completely obsessed with anything mini. I saw this cute little locker at Justice and had to get it for her. She also got a Kindle, some Katy Perry perfume, 3 necklaces, some fun neon press on nails, a Diary Of A Wimpy Kid book, some boots and some head bands.
She had her friends ride the bus home with her and we took them to Classic Skating. Her friend April gave her this cute cookie.
Brooke was the only girl who knew how to skate. It took a lot of takes to get this shot of them all upright. The D.J. dedicated a song to her, Katy Perry's The One That Got Away, she told him to make it a snowball, (couples only song), so you had to be holding someone's hand to be on the rink.
Brooke in the ticket booth. They let her stuff as many tickets in the box as she could. She ended up with some fun prizes.
We had pizza, drinks and ice cream.
Brooke spinning the prize wheel. She won a glow star necklace.
Our birthday girl.
Rick and I did a little skating ourselves, It was slightly nerve wracking. I kept waiting for myself to fall and break one of my grandma hips. I didn't...phew!
