Well, I really didn't know what I was getting myself into when I signed up to be Jade's cheer coach, but it's over and I did it! Phew!
Parents meetings, gift bags, endless e-mails and reminders, copies, ordering uniforms, bows, socks, shoes, poms, spanks, duffel bags, embroidery, late nights, cheer camp, incentives, parades, fundraisers, practices, games, choreography, competitions, stunting, back hand spring clinics, stunt clinics, money collecting, permission slips, competition forms, pictures, girl drama etc., etc., etc.
Breathe in...breath out...Exhale...It's over! :)
My cheerios, my two assistant coaches and I.
Me doing the music for our third competition of the year.
Waiting for awards.
Can you say, attitude?
They always turn on music while the judges are deliberating and the girls have a big dance party. When I say, "girls", I am not excluding myself. :)
I was really proud of the girls. They made huge leaps and bounds from when they started the season. They did great at their competitions and improved their score each competition. It was a lot of work, but it was also a lot of fun and it was great for Jade and I to spend some one on one time together.

You are the ultimate mama! I can't imagine a better cheer coach than you. I'm sure the girls LOOVED IT! I can't believe how grown up Jade is! AAAhhhh! When on earth are we ever going to get together?
