Memphis

Rick and I went to Memphis at the Capitol. I LOVED it! Live theater is always so amazing to me. I  teared up a few times. The music was amazing.

 We walked over to this little German Delicatessen during intermission for a treat. 

We ate dinner afterwards at Red Rock , I got a delicious beet and pistachio salad and some horseradish mashed potatoes. They were so good, I made Rick stop at Whole Foods on the way home so that I could recreate a healthy version at home, and I did, and they were delicious!
