Doubles

Something strange is a foot at the circle K...I have been seeing doubles everywhere recently, is there a message I am suppose to be getting here? I got a double headed cherry, a double headed, incense stick, a double headed mushroom, a twin egg and then sat next to some twins babies when I went out with my sis, all within the course of a week or two.
