I am a disgrace to my family name when it comes to gardening. But I do have some really pretty herbs that are growing like crazy this year; spearmint, peppermint, lemon basil, rosemary, sage etc. I think I am also going to be successful this year with tomatoes, Serrano peppers, bell peppers, jalapenos, banana peppers and onions.

My strawberries...the plant is pretty but I am not getting much fruit. :( There is a raspberry bush peeking it's way into this pic also.
Lemon Basil
So I have these calla lilies, (planted at the same time, one on one side of the path the other directly across from it, 3 feet away), the one has two tiny little stalks and the other has like quadrupled in size. It is ginormous! But little one has much prettier color than the big one. Oh-well, at least I have the mint, which I am thoroughly enjoying everyday in these virgin mojitos I make.
