Shangri-La

This was our favorite restaurant in the hotel. I loved the sushi and Rick love the noodles, meats and egg rolls.

I don't know if this is the Japanese version of fried ice cream or the Mexican version of the Japanese version of fried ice cream, either way it was good, it was kind of like a fried cake batter on the outside, with a strawberry mango glaze. Call me Rachael Ray because I am anout to say....YUM-O!
